Lindsey Paris was excited when she saw a new “like” pop up on the Facebook page that she’d set up for her blog <b>Red Head Baby Mama</b>. But the feeling quickly turned into shock after the Atlanta mother clicked on the name of the woman who’d given the thumbs up to a photo of Paris’ then 18-month-old son. The stranger had made the toddler’s image her homepage photo and was presenting Paris’ son as <i>her</i> own child. “I flew into a mother lion rage, then I burst into tears,” Paris tells Yahoo Parenting, of the 2012 incident that still has her on edge. “She was pretending that he was her own and commenting on when was he going to start teething. Her friends were saying that they loved his hair. She was treating him as her own and that was the most petrifying thing. I didn’t know people did this.” </div>
<div data-reactid=".0.$cover-mosaic-transition-group.$=1$cover-mosaic-0:0.$article-112545291567.0:$Pos-r.$article-inner-container.$inset-container.$grid-template.0.$col-left.$content.$grid-content.0.1.$text-body.0.0.$p-6" id="yui_3_15_0_1_1425487135962_669" style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; line-height: 25.600000381469727px; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; text-align: justify;">
Paris soon learned all about the relatively rare but disturbing online <a data-rapid_p="52" data-v9y="1" data-ylk="elm:itm;elmt:link;t1:a2;t2:article;t3:body;t8:106989d3-9b10-3546-8069-dd8446e60bc4;t9:18;itc:0" href="http://www.today.com/video/today/57041622#57041622" style="border: 0px; color: #940050; outline: 0px; text-decoration: none;" target="_blank">trend</a> of role playing with photos of other people’s children stolen from social media accounts. “It isn’t a technical crime,” she says, so the blogger did the only thing she could. Paris messaged the woman, who turned out to be a 16 year old girl in California, and the teen apologized two days after Paris’s “forcefully polite” note asking her to take the photo down. “She said she’d always wanted a red-headed son and ‘I didn’t mean to hurt you.’” </div>

Nashville mother Ashley B (who prefers to remain anonymous) suffered a similar experience, typically referred to as “digital kidnapping” or “virtual kidnapping” this past summer when the hobbyist photographer clicked on the Facebook update that a photo she’d taken of one of her daughters, aged 3 and 6, had been shared by someone unfamiliar. “It took me to the page of a man in China,” Ashley tells Yahoo Parenting. “The page was in Chinese and I couldn’t read any of it but I saw that he had a few thousand followers and he had shared my picture. I started scrolling and noticed he had lot of pictures of little girls. I was so scared and shocked. I mean, that share linked back to my personal page so anybody could have clicked on it to see where I lived.” Ashley immediately deleted the post, went into her privacy settings and locked them down. Until then, she admits, “I knew privacy settings were not locked down as much as they could be, but I wasn’t really concerned about it.” </div>
<div data-reactid=".0.$cover-mosaic-transition-group.$=1$cover-mosaic-0:0.$article-112545291567.0:$Pos-r.$article-inner-container.$inset-container.$grid-template.0.$col-left.$content.$grid-content.0.1.$text-body.0.0.$p-12" id="yui_3_15_0_1_1425487135962_780" style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; line-height: 25.600000381469727px; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em;">
<div style="text-align: justify;">
But with tens of thousands of Instagram and Twitter posts hashtagged #BabyRP, for Baby Role Play, and #KidRP, Paris’s and Ashley’s stories aren’t isolated incidents. More than 1,000 people signed the 2014 Change.org <a data-rapid_p="54" data-v9y="1" data-ylk="elm:itm;elmt:link;t1:a2;t2:article;t3:body;t8:106989d3-9b10-3546-8069-dd8446e60bc4;t9:18;itc:0" href="https://www.change.org/p/instagram-put-an-end-to-the-baby-and-child-role-play-accounts" style="border: 0px; color: #940050; outline: 0px; text-decoration: none;" target="_blank">petition</a> calling for Instagram to “Put an end to the baby and child role play accounts.” And it seems that no image, or child, is off limits. Earlier this month, Texas father Caleb Kaminer shared the <a data-rapid_p="55" data-v9y="1" data-ylk="elm:itm;elmt:link;t1:a2;t2:article;t3:body;t8:106989d3-9b10-3546-8069-dd8446e60bc4;t9:18;itc:0" href="http://kfor.com/2015/02/04/digital-hijacking-a-growing-concern-for-parents/" style="border: 0px; color: #940050; outline: 0px; text-decoration: none;" target="_blank">story</a> of his daughter’s picture being stolen off of a social media site he’d started as a community page for families with children who have Dysphagia, a condition marked by difficulty swallowing. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 19.2pt;">Paris and Ashley,

and family whom they’ve approved to view the images and who also belong to
their network in the app. “Only the people you’ve chosen can see it,” KidsLink “Chief
mom officer” Titania Jordan tells Yahoo Parenting of the tool. “There’s no
second wave of sharing that you’re not aware of, no strangers searching your
images, no stalking.” Subscribers can also post photos to Facebook or Instagram
from the app, which wipes each image clean of any location or linking metadata
that would allow someone to show up in the photographer’s backyard. “It’s
better to be safe than sorry,” Jordan says. “This is a happy medium between
going dark and putting it all out there.” </span> </div>

In 1967, this
picture ranked as the best picture of the year and was named as “the life
kiss”, this picture shows two electricians were working on testing one of the
electrical pole, the first one called Champion and other one called Simpson,
while they were on the top of the electrical pole and during their routine test
on the electrical conduit, the electrician Champion got an electrical shock of
4000 volts which caused his heart to stop beating anymore (<span style="color: red;">notice: the electric chair used for the purpose of execution
turns out only 2000 volts </span>), as you can observe on the picture that the
safety belt prevented him from dropping to the ground, his friend Simpson saw
him and dashed quickly toward his friend with no fear from the electricity,
as he held him and<a href="https://www.blogger.com/null" name="_GoBack"></a> placed his mouth over his mouth and
gave him a deep breaths through his mouth to perform mouth-to-mouth
resuscitation to revive his lungs with air, as he couldn't do the C.P.R to
his friend because he was stuck on the pole, so it was very difficult to conduct
C.P.R, and suddenly the beats started coming out dimly from Champion's heart,
then Simpson unfastened the safely belt and carried him on his shoulder and got
him to the ground, then he called the other laborers to help him and conduct
the C.P.R, his eyes started blinking little by little, then they took him to the
incentive care in the hospital, then Champion returned to the life again, and
all this was because of his faithful friend. </div>

mobile phones become a necessity—often more for the parents than for the kids.

Walter Williams, 78, of Lexington, Miss., appeared to have died at his home Wednesday night. The coroner came to the house and pronounced him dead at 9 p.m.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
No one is born racist, racism is a learned behavior, think about it, if you raised on treating everyone the same and never look or focus at the a person's skin, you will see all the people in the world equal, the picture of the black man and the white baby becoming a friends caught my eyes and hold my attention, as I was affected why originally we was born clean and kind from inside through the inspiration that God grant it to us, and then the human nature came to change this innocent nature from good to bad.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjMx0D6bIvwy6Y8N8-tX7YZGEXbCAg9jnsRxu_iNSUWR-9oXEtT3fgBGJ2F1xNEnoVnAy6RERmvKs8s5HMC0Wxqrx7_XA9Gmo2svdV2KoBtD2KP7h7LTwF5wzzi4ZNgQ6XVYL2BAPnb5-T1/s1600/996578_644105378982985_1050323509_n.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjMx0D6bIvwy6Y8N8-tX7YZGEXbCAg9jnsRxu_iNSUWR-9oXEtT3fgBGJ2F1xNEnoVnAy6RERmvKs8s5HMC0Wxqrx7_XA9Gmo2svdV2KoBtD2KP7h7LTwF5wzzi4ZNgQ6XVYL2BAPnb5-T1/s1600/996578_644105378982985_1050323509_n.jpg" height="355" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
the white baby's mother look like if she cant stand the black man that is seating in front of her, that's why she turned herself to avoid looking and facing the man. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
as you can also observe the harmony between the black baby and the white baby, they are very happy for the new friendship that they made, they look very cute, clean and pure. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>

<div class="text section" style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; color: #3f4245; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 18px;">
<div style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-top: 0.2em; text-align: justify;">
Nine women in Sweden have successfully received transplanted uteruses donated from relatives in an experimental procedure that has raised some ethical concerns. The women will soon try to become pregnant with their new wombs, Dr. Mats Brannstrom, the leader of the pioneering project, has revealed.</div>
<div style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-top: 1em; text-align: justify;">
The women were born without a uterus or had it removed because of cervical cancer. Most are in their 30s and are part of the first major experiment to test whether it's possible to transplant uteruses into women so that they can give birth.</div>
<div style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-top: 1em; text-align: justify;">
In many European countries, including Sweden, using a pregnancy surrogate isn't allowed.</div>
<div style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-top: 1em; text-align: justify;">
Lifesaving transplants of organs such as hearts, livers and kidneys have been done for decades, and doctors are increasingly transplanting hands, faces and other body parts to improve patients' quality of life. Uterus transplants — the first ones are intended to be temporary, just to allow childbearing — push that frontier even farther.</div>
<div style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-top: 1em; text-align: justify;">
There have been two other attempts to transplant uteruses — in Turkey and Saudi Arabia — but both failed to produce babies. Scientists in Britain, Hungary and elsewhere are planning similar operations, but the efforts in Sweden are the most advanced.</div>
<div style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-top: 1em; text-align: justify;">
"This is a new kind of surgery," Brannstrom told The Associated Press in an interview from Goteborg. "We have no textbook to look at."</div>
<div style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-top: 1em; text-align: justify;">
He said the nine uterus recipients are doing well. Many already had their periods six weeks after the transplants — an early sign that the wombs are healthy and functioning. One woman had an infection in her new uterus, and others had some minor rejection episodes, but none of the recipients or donors needed intensive care after the surgeries, he said. All left the hospital within days.</div>
<div style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-top: 1em; text-align: justify;">
The operations did not connect the uteruses to the fallopian tubes, so the women are unable to become pregnant naturally. But all who received a womb have their own ovaries. Before the transplants, the women had some eggs removed and fertilized in vitro. The embryos were then frozen, and doctors plan to transfer them into the new uteruses, allowing the women to carry their biological children.</div>
<div style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-top: 1em; text-align: justify;">
The transplants have ignited hope among women unable to have children because they lost their uterus to cancer or were born without one. About 1 in 4,500 women is born with a syndrome, known as MRKH, in which she doesn't have a uterus.</div>
<div style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-top: 1em; text-align: justify;">
Fertility experts have hailed the project as significant but stress it's unknown whether the transplants will result in healthy babies.</div>

Ethical concerns</h2>
</div>
<div class="text section" style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; color: #3f4245; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 18px;">
<div style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-top: 0.2em; text-align: justify;">
Some experts have raised concerns about whether it's ethical to use living donors for an experimental procedure that doesn't save lives.</div>
<div style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-top: 1em; text-align: justify;">
In Britain, doctors planning to perform uterus transplants will use wombs only from dying or dead people, as the transplant team in Turkey did last year. The Turkish doctors announced their patient got pregnant but miscarried after two months.</div>
<div style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-top: 1em; text-align: justify;">
Dr. Richard Smith, head of the U.K. charity Womb Transplant UK, which is trying to raise $823,000 to carry out five operations in Britain, said Brannstrom "has done something amazing, and we understand completely why he has taken this route, but we are wary of that approach." </div>
<div style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-top: 1em; text-align: justify;">
He said removing a uterus for donation is like a radical hysterectomy but requires taking a bigger chunk of the surrounding blood vessels to ensure adequate blood flow, raising the risk of complications for the donor. Smith said British officials don't consider it ethical to let donors take such chances for an operation that isn't lifesaving.</div>
<div style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-top: 1em; text-align: justify;">
But John Harris, a bioethics expert at the University of Manchester, didn't see a problem with that, as long as donors are fully informed. He said donating a kidney isn't necessarily lifesaving yet is widely promoted.</div>
<div style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-top: 1em; text-align: justify;">
"Dialysis is available, but we have come to accept and to even encourage people to take risks to donate a kidney," he said.</div>
<div style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-top: 1em; text-align: justify;">
Smith said the biggest question is how any pregnancies will proceed.</div>
<div style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-top: 1em; text-align: justify;">
"The principal concern for me is if the baby will get enough nourishment from the placenta and if the blood flow is good enough," he said.</div>

For someone who does not especially enjoy running, Kim Allan is pretty good at it.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, 'Liberation Sans', FreeSans, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px; margin-bottom: 1em; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
Allan, a 47-year-old mother of four from New Zealand, recently broke the record for running without sleep, covering 311 miles in 86 nonstop hours.</div>

For Allan, it's not the running that she enjoys, per se, it's the mental stimulus.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, 'Liberation Sans', FreeSans, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px; margin-bottom: 1em; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">

After breaking her leg a decade ago Allan, a former jockey, determined that when her leg healed she would never "take for granted the ability to get out of bed and walk." She tried to break the world record of 302 miles in 80 hours last year, but she had to stop after experiencing hallucinations and losing all her toe nails.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, 'Liberation Sans', FreeSans, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px; margin-bottom: 1em; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">

Allan fought through stomach pain, as well as severe blisters on her feet, this year to finish the unbelievable challenge. She's said that for her, going on a two-hour run is "just a drag." But somehow she was able to will herself through the equivalent of 12 marathons.</div>

And no question, President Obama has taken a lot of media heat for participating. (It didn't help that the expression on Michelle Obama's face appeared to be disapproving.)<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

But there was more to the story behind the image. Roberto Schmidt, the photographer who captured the photo<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span></span><span style="border: 1pt none windowtext; font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px; padding: 0cm;">told the</span><span class="apple-converted-space"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px;"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px;">"Today" show that he shot the picture during a jovial, celebratory portion of the service. He said people were dancing, singing and laughing as they celebrated the life of Nelson Mandela.<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span></span><span id="npk590x_7" style="border-left-color: transparent; border-right-color: transparent; border-top-color: transparent; cursor: pointer; float: none; font-style: inherit;">Michelle Obama<span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px;">, he said, had been laughing along with the trio seconds before he snapped the image.<o:p></o:p></span></span></span></div>
<div class="cnnstorypgraphtxt" dir="LTR" style="background-color: white; line-height: 24px; margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<br /></div>
<div class="cnnstorypgraphtxt" dir="LTR" style="background-color: white; line-height: 24px; margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px;">Understood. But a few questions remain. Is it proper to take a selfie at a funeral? And was President Obama out of line for doing so -- because he is the president, you know.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="cnnstorypgraphtxt" dir="LTR" style="background-color: white; line-height: 24px; margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px;">Under the circumstances Schmidt described, I'd say the selfie was not necessarily in poor taste for the President. But was it poor form? As President of the United States, a man watched and scrutinized at every angle, he is no doubt very careful about how his behavior is perceived. He surely knew that picture would wind up pinging around the Internet and on the evening news and cleverly headlined front pages. Perhaps he wanted to send a message to the people, anyway, to say, "Hey, I'm just like you."<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="cnnstorypgraphtxt" dir="LTR" style="background-color: white; line-height: 24px; margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<br /></div>
<div class="cnnstorypgraphtxt" dir="LTR" style="background-color: white; line-height: 24px; margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px;">Now if he wanted to avoid the scrutiny altogether and send a more somber message to the public, he might have held off and joined in on the picture in a more private setting. The moment, however, did not seem to call for such discretion. What's my bottom line? President Obama's behavior was appropriate for that particular occasion, for that particular culture at that precise moment.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="cnnstorypgraphtxt" dir="LTR" style="background-color: white; line-height: 24px; margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<br /></div>
<div class="cnnstorypgraphtxt" dir="LTR" style="background-color: white; line-height: 24px; margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px;">And what is the protocol for behavior at funerals for the rest of us: selfies and beyond?<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="cnnstorypgraphtxt" dir="LTR" style="background-color: white; line-height: 24px; margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<br /></div>
<div class="cnnstorypgraphtxt" dir="LTR" style="background-color: white; line-height: 24px; margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px;">Well, if you, too, happen to attend a funeral or memorial service at a stadium where the people are up dancing and singing and laughing in the aisles, then it's perfectly fine to take a selfie with your seat mates.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="cnnstorypgraphtxt" dir="LTR" style="background-color: white; line-height: 24px; margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<br /></div>
<div class="cnnstorypgraphtxt" dir="LTR" style="background-color: white; line-height: 24px; margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px;">The key here is that there is a proper time and place for everything, and that's where decorum comes in. That I would need to explain this will seem surprising to some, but this is, after all, a time when websites such as<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span></span><span style="border: 1pt none windowtext; font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px; padding: 0cm;">Selfies at a Funeral</span><span class="apple-converted-space"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px;"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px;">exist. So bear with me: Firing off a selfie during a solemn moment such as the prayer or scripture reading is highly inappropriate and terribly disrespectful.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="cnnstorypgraphtxt" dir="LTR" style="background-color: white; line-height: 24px; margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<br /></div>
<div class="cnnstorypgraphtxt" dir="LTR" style="background-color: white; line-height: 24px; margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px;">The same shot during the gathering or meal service afterward is all right. Taking photos within the confines of the church or synagogue or funeral home can be perceived as highly inappropriate. It is important to be aware of this and remain respectful of the family, the culture and the environment you are in.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="cnnstorypgraphtxt" dir="LTR" style="background-color: white; line-height: 24px; margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<br /></div>
<div class="cnnstorypgraphtxt" dir="LTR" style="background-color: white; line-height: 24px; margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px;">Funerals and memorials take on a different meaning from culture to culture; some are very somber, others quite celebratory. It is our duty to be sensitive to the entire moment and in some cases it might be difficult to tell what that requires. Here's a handy rule of thumb: To avoid offending, err on the side of caution and just hold off on that selfie until the funeral has ended.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="cnnstorypgraphtxt" dir="LTR" style="background-color: white; line-height: 24px; margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">this bridge was built in the 16th century and served the purpose of connecting the village of Shahara to that of Shaharat Al-Fays across a gorge of 300 meters deep, so people could at that time move easily from town to another. A rumor was common that the bridge was built to fight the Turkish invaders, in connection with legend that the bridge could be removed when danger loomed, but recognized sources did not mention anything of that. It designed and built by Salah Al-Yemen at the orders of Al-Asta Saleh Al-Suaidi, its construction cost more than a 100,000 silver rials.</span></div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">the bridge is used by the locals on a daily basis, and is widely regarded an architectural masterpiece. It also attracts visitors from around the world, but the area is inhospitable and not easily accessible. Shaharah and Shaharat Al-Fays are only accessible by car, which must either be personally owned or a rental. Safety measures do no allow visitors to take a taxi, unless accompanied by an official tour guide.</span></div>

A <b>thermonuclear weapon</b> is a <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuclear_weapon_design" title="Nuclear weapon design"><span style="color: black; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-themecolor: text1; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">nuclear weapon design</span></a> that uses the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heat" title="Heat"><span style="color: black; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-themecolor: text1; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">heat</span></a> generated by a fission bomb to compress a nuclear
fusion stage which indirectly results in greatly increased energy yield (i.e.,
bomb "power"). It is colloquially referred to as a<b>hydrogen bomb</b> or H-bomb
because it employs <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydrogen" title="Hydrogen"><span style="color: black; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-themecolor: text1; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">hydrogen</span></a> <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuclear_fusion" title="Nuclear fusion"><span style="color: black; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-themecolor: text1; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">fusion</span></a>, though in most applications the majority of its
destructive energy comes from <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uranium" title="Uranium"><span style="color: black; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-themecolor: text1; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">uranium</span></a> <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuclear_fission" title="Nuclear fission"><span style="color: black; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-themecolor: text1; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">fission</span></a>, not hydrogen fusion by itself. The fusion
stage in such weapons is required to efficiently cause the large quantities of
fission characteristic of most thermonuclear weapons.<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thermonuclear_weapon#cite_note-0"><span style="color: black; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-themecolor: text1; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">[1]</span></a><o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; margin: 4.8pt 0in 6pt;">
The concept of the thermonuclear weapon was first developed and used by
the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States" title="United States"><span style="color: black; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-themecolor: text1; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">United States</span></a> and has since been used in most of the
world's nuclear weapons.<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thermonuclear_weapon#cite_note-1"><span style="color: black; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-themecolor: text1; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">[2]</span></a> The modern design of all thermonuclear
weapons in the United States is known as the <i>Teller-Ulam design</i> for its
two chief contributors, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edward_Teller" title="Edward Teller"><span style="color: black; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-themecolor: text1; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Edward Teller</span></a> and <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stanis%C5%82aw_Ulam" title="Stanisław Ulam"><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Stanisław Ulam</span></a>, who developed it in 1951 for the U.S.,
with certain concepts developed with the contribution of <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_von_Neumann" title="John von Neumann"><span style="color: black; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-themecolor: text1; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">John von Neumann</span></a>. The first test of this principle was
the "<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ivy_Mike" title="Ivy Mike"><span style="color: black; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-themecolor: text1; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Ivy Mike</span></a>" <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuclear_weapons_testing" title="Nuclear weapons testing"><span style="color: black; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-themecolor: text1; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">nuclear test</span></a> in 1952, conducted by the United States.
In the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soviet_Union" title="Soviet Union"><span style="color: black; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-themecolor: text1; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Soviet Union</span></a>, the design was independently developed
and known as <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andrei_Sakharov" title="Andrei Sakharov"><span style="color: black; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-themecolor: text1; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Andrei Sakharov</span></a>'s "Third Idea", first tested in 1955.
Similar devices were developed by the United Kingdom, China, and France, though
no specific code names are known for their designs.<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; margin: 4.8pt 0in 6pt;">
As thermonuclear weapons represent the most efficient design for <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuclear_weapon_yield" title="Nuclear weapon yield"><span style="color: black; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-themecolor: text1; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">weapon energy yield</span></a> in weapons with yields above 50
kilotons, today virtually all the nuclear weapons deployed by the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_states_with_nuclear_weapons#Five_nuclear-weapon_states_under_the_NPT" title="List of states with nuclear weapons"><span style="color: black; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-themecolor: text1; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">five nuclear-weapon states under the NPT</span></a> are
thermonuclear weapons using the Teller–Ulam design.<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thermonuclear_weapon#cite_note-2"><span style="color: black; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-themecolor: text1; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">[3]</span></a><o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; margin: 4.8pt 0in 6pt;">
The essential features of the mature thermonuclear weapon design, which
officially remained secret for nearly three decades, are: 1) separation of
stages into a triggering "primary" explosive and a much more powerful
"secondary" explosive, 2) compression of the secondary by <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/X-ray" title="X-ray"><span style="color: black; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-themecolor: text1; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">X-rays</span></a> coming from nuclear fission in the primary, a
process called the "<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radiation_implosion" title="Radiation implosion"><span style="color: black; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-themecolor: text1; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">radiation implosion</span></a>" of the secondary, and 3) heating
of the secondary, after cold compression, by a second fission explosion inside
the secondary.<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; margin: 4.8pt 0in 6pt;">
The radiation implosion mechanism is a <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heat_engine" title="Heat engine"><span style="color: black; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-themecolor: text1; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">heat engine</span></a> exploiting the temperature difference
between the secondary's hot, surrounding radiation channel and its relatively
cool interior. This temperature difference is briefly maintained by a massive
heat barrier called the "pusher", which also serves as an implosion <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuclear_weapon_design" title="Nuclear weapon design"><span style="color: black; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-themecolor: text1; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">tamper</span></a>, increasing and prolonging the compression of
the secondary. If made of uranium—and it usually is—it can capture <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neutron" title="Neutron"><span style="color: black; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-themecolor: text1; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">neutrons</span></a> produced by the fusion reaction and undergo
fission itself, increasing the overall explosive yield. In many Teller–Ulam
weapons, fission of the pusher dominates the explosion and produces <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radioactive" title="Radioactive"><span style="color: black; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-themecolor: text1; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">radioactive</span></a> <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fission_product" title="Fission product"><span style="color: black; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-themecolor: text1; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">fission product</span></a> <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fallout" title="Fallout"><span style="color: black; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-themecolor: text1; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">fallout</span></a>.<o:p></o:p></div>

its introduction in 1998, Viagra has been a boon to millions of men. There have

Viagra has enough drawbacks, however, that many people fail to use it

serious side effects.<!--?xml:namespace prefix = o /--><o:p></o:p></span></div>

to Dr. Mike Sweeney of Pfizer, the manufacturer of Viagra, "Giving somebody a
good erection doesn't necessarily give somebody good sex." Because Viagra can be
so effective at improving sexual performance, couples often look to it as a
solution to their relationship problems. Viagra is a remedy for only the
physical aspects of impotence, however. Contrary to expectations, it cannot

regular use of Viagra by men who are usually not impotent can lead to a
psychological dependency. Such individuals may find themselves unable to
function sexually without using the drug. Furthermore, since Viagra brings on a
relatively quick and effortless reaction to sexual stimulation, a man may be
unable to take the time to connect with his emotional experiences or those of
his partner. As a result, Viagra users may feel numb or detached during their

who need Viagra often have other medical issues and there is a potential for
dangerous interactions between the Viagra and their prescription medications .
Combining Viagra with such medications can increase unwanted effects and hamper
the activity of the medications. Drugs such as nitroglycerin used to treat heart
conditions, the alpha-blockers used for prostate problems, the HIV protease
inhibitors, or the street drugs known as "poppers" can lead to cardiovascular
problems when combined with Viagra.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

with risk factors such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol or diabetes must
exercise caution when using the drug. This is because Viagra works by causing
the arteries to expand in order to encourage increased blood flow to the penis.
This, in turn, affects the blood pressure and can possibly contribute to the
development of an abnormal heart rate, a stroke or a heart attack, all of which
can lead to sudden death.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

<em><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; line-height: 150%;">Doctors commonly

blood-related cancers, such as multiple myeloma or lymphoma. This study, which
was published this week in the journal Mayo Clinic Proceedings, is the first to
link high levels of free light chains with earlier death in a group of people
without any known blood disorders.<br /><br />Normally, light chains bind with
so-called heavy chains to form infection-fighting antibodies. The presence of
unattached "free" light chains has long been recognized as a signal that the
immune system has gone awry, either due to inflammation, infection, or both,
says lead author Vincent Rajkumar, M.D., a hematologist at the Mayo Clinic, in
Rochester, Minnesota.<o:p></o:p></span></em></div>

light chain levels have been observed in people with kidney dysfunction, and are
also seen in autoimmune disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. Even
after the researchers took into account the kidney function, age and gender of
the participants, however, those with the highest free light chain levels were
still twice as likely as their peers to die during the
study.<o:p></o:p></span></em></div>
<div style="line-height: 150%; margin: 9pt 0in; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<em><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; line-height: 150%;">Free

<em><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; line-height: 150%;">It's
not clear from the findings why, exactly, free light chains are linked to a
higher risk of early death. High levels could be a marker of inflammation, which
is associated with heart disease and numerous other health problems. But it's
also possible they're a sign of normal, age-related deterioration of the immune
system, the study notes.<o:p></o:p></span></em></div>

Neil Blumberg, a professor of pathology and laboratory medicine at the

measure immune-system function or markers of inflammation, such as C-reactive

study authors didn't compare the free light chain test with these other tests,
Blumberg points out, and it "may not measure anything that we don't get with
white cell count or C-reactive protein or 15 other tests which are cheaper and
easier to do."<o:p></o:p></span></em></div>

<em><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; line-height: 150%;">Besides, Blumberg
says, if a person's test results were to come back sky-high, the advice for
preventing an early death would likely be what patients hear from their doctors
already. "We really don't need any more tests to tell us we ought to lose
weight, exercise, [and] eat a less pro-inflammatory diet," he
says.<o:p></o:p></span></em></div>

<div style="line-height: 13.5pt; text-align: justify;">
<em><span style="font-style: normal;">Stem cells are cells
found in most, if not all, multi-cellular organisms. They are characterized by
the ability to renew themselves through mitotic cell division and
differentiating into a diverse range of specialized cell types. Research in the
stem cell field grew out of findings by Canadian scientists Ernest A. McCulloch
and James E. Till in the 1960s.<!--?xml:namespace prefix = o

<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="line-height: 13.5pt; text-align: justify;">
<em><span style="font-style: normal;">The two broad types
of mammalian stem cells are: embryonic
stem cells that are isolated from the inner cell mass of blastocysts,
and adult stem cells that are found in adult tissues. In a developing embryo,
stem cells can differentiate into all of the specialized embryonic tissues. In
adult organisms, stem cells and progenitor cells act as a repair system for the
body, replenishing specialized cells, but also maintain the normal turnover of
regenerative organs, such as blood, skin, or intestinal
tissues.<o:p></o:p></span></em></div>
<div style="line-height: 13.5pt; text-align: justify;">
<em><span style="font-style: normal;">Stem cells can now
be grown and transformed into specialized cells with characteristics consistent
with cells of various tissues such as muscles or nerves through cell culture.
Highly plastic adult stem cells from a variety of sources, including umbilical
cord blood and bone
marrow, are routinely used in medical therapies. Embryonic cell lines
and autologous embryonic stem cells generated through therapeutic cloning have
also been proposed as promising candidates for future
therapies.<o:p></o:p></span></em></div>

fast-food addiction, but now there is a growing body of research that is finding
out how junk food is hard wiring our brains for cravings.<br /><br />The latest
study, published March 28 in "Nature Neuroscience,"
likened the affects of high-fat, high-calorie fast food to
those of cocaine or heroin, in animals at least.<br /><br />The
researchers showed that the pleasure-center in rats brains were overstimulated
from the fast food similar to an addict's cocaine binge. Eventually, the
pleasure centers became so overloaded that rats needed more and more food to
feel normal, according to Paul H. Kenny, an
associate professor of molecular therapeutics at the Scripps Research
Institute.<br /><br />Throughout the study, Kenny and his co-author
studied three groups of lab rats for 40 days. The first group ate healthy food.
The second ate a limited amount of junk food. The third group, however, was
allowed to gorge on high-fat, high-calorie foods and became obese.<br /><br />The
startling side effect? The brains of the obese rats changed. "The body adapts
remarkably well to change -- and that's the problem," Kenny said in a press
release. "When the animal overstimulates its brain pleasure centers
with highly palatable food, the systems adapt by decreasing their activity.
However, now the animal requires constant stimulation from palatable food to
avoid entering a persistent state of negative reward".<!--?xml:namespace prefix = o

to regulate whether they were hungry, often eating despite electric shocks. When
the obese rats were put on a healthy diet, they refused to eat, starving
themselves for two weeks.<o:p></o:p></span></em></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%;">
<em><span style="font-style: normal; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-bidi; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-theme-font: major-bidi; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-bidi;"><br />In another study, researchers at Albert Einstein College of
Medicine in New York City showed that feeding rats a diet high in saturated
fat, calories and sugar -- which is the
typical make-up for a fast-food menu item -- lowered
the rats ability to respond to leptin, a hormone that helps regulate
eating behavior by controlling how full one feels. As rats grew fatter, the
amount of leptin in their bodies increased signaling that they were dangerously
close to starvation. They continued to overeat and gain weight.<br /><br />Those
who yo-yo
diet face similar problems that those going through withdrawal do,
Boston University researchers proved last year. According to Pietro Cottone, an
assistant professor in the Laboratory of Addictive Disorders at
BU, dieters seek out foods to avoid the negative feelings that they
experience if they are deprived of their favorite comfort foods.<br /><br />"These
findings confirm what we and many others have suspected," Kenny said, "that
over-consumption of highly pleasurable food triggers addiction-like
neuroadaptive responses in brain reward circuitries, driving the development of
compulsive eating. Common mechanisms may therefore underlie obesity and drug
addiction." <o:p></o:p></span></em></div>

<em><span style="font-style: normal;">From my knowledge of computer technology
has helped many businesses to better serve the community. But computers have not
only helped us in the business industry but also has an effect on our
communication systems. Long before the birth of computers, writing letters were
the main source of communication, which would be a nuisance particularly to
those who live in distant places, plus the phones are pretty expensive for most
people prefer to write to their loved ones. And for that reason, people who are
far from civilization really have difficulty communicating with others. Now we
have email and live chat or even voice messages. Today we have video calls which
would be able to see the person you're talking about. This would be great for
people who have loved ones who are away from home. Contact with each other is
now a piece of cake.<o:p></o:p></span></em></div>

employer to hire you for the job. It provides an excellent start to your resume

of the biggest things men hate about women are the women who act rude, jealous,

a woman doesn't love and care about herself enough to have a fulfilled life
without a man in it, she becomes very clingy and needy when a new man does enter
her life. It is important to know this one thing. You can't hope to have any man
love you, if you don't love yourself first. It is impossible. Without self love
and respect you can't and won't receive it from any boyfriends permanently. Men

is little men hate more about certain women than the ones who must shop all of

have a wide variety of active hobbies and responsibilities

independence is a quality men admire in a woman, taking it too far can cause
more harm than good. Men need to be needed, to a point, to feel that they are a
real part of your life. Men hate the overly independent woman because she

at first this woman may be quite appealing by her dazzling looks and ultimate
self confidence, all men will come to find this woman horrid. The high

you look around you, you will find that nearly all men believe women are equals.
In today's world, this is the norm. However, there are still a select few women
known as "femi-nazis", women who love to bash men while calling it what it
really isn't. Men love women who love men, in general. Women who take pride in

there is one thing that men truly hate about women, its that many of them become
emotional about absolutely everything. Be it a sappy movie, a broken nail, or
the fact that they can't find their car keys, women go crazy over the little
stuff often. No one is perfect, but a woman who is constantly in hysterics over
every little problem or inconvenience will have no brownie points with the men

<br />
<div style="line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;">The New York Times recently
ran<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;">an article about
how email can make people less productive</span><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="color: black;"><a href="http://./">.</a> </span>However,
misuse of email is only the tip of the proverbial iceberg. Here are 10 actions
that you can take today that can make you at least twice as productive as your
colleagues.<!--?xml:namespace prefix = o /--><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="first" style="line-height: 150%; margin: 8.25pt 0in 0pt;">
<strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;">1. Avoid meetings
that lack an agenda.</span></strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;"><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="line-height: 150%; margin: 8.25pt 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;">Meetings can only be
productive if people know why they're meeting in the first place. An agenda
provides focus and purpose. The lack of an agenda guarantees meandering
conversations that dive into rat holes. They're a waste of your (and everyone
else's) time.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="line-height: 150%; margin: 8.25pt 0in 0pt;">
<strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;">2. Never pick up on
an unknown caller.</span></strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;"><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="line-height: 150%; margin: 8.25pt 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;">Unless you're working in
telesales or product support, there's no reason why you should ever take a call
from somebody you don't know. After all, when was the last time you took an
unexpected call that was truly important? Days? Weeks?
Months?<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="line-height: 150%; margin: 8.25pt 0in 0pt;">
<strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;">3. Permanently turn
off your voice mail.</span></strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;"><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="line-height: 150%; margin: 8.25pt 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;">A voice-mail message
consumes minutes of your time (more if you have to replay) to communicate
information you could absorb from an email in seconds. Explain in your outgoing
message that you don't use voice mail, and instead provide your email
address.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="line-height: 150%; margin: 8.25pt 0in 0pt;">
<strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;">4. Hone your email
program's sorting rules.</span></strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;"><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="line-height: 150%; margin: 8.25pt 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;">It takes time and energy to
change gear to sort through (and respond to) a long list of disconnected
messages. Most email programs allow you to route different types of messages
into folders, where you can review and respond en masse rather than
piecemeal.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="line-height: 150%; margin: 8.25pt 0in 0pt;">
<strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;">5. Periodically
disable email and texting.</span></strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;"><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="line-height: 150%; margin: 8.25pt 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;">When you must do creative
work or absorb complex information, the last thing you need is your computer and
phone chirping and beeping for your attention. Whatever it is, it can wait until
you've finished the task at hand. Trust me.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="line-height: 150%; margin: 8.25pt 0in 0pt;">
<strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;">6. Give social
butterflies short shrift.</span></strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;"><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="line-height: 150%; margin: 8.25pt 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;">For some people, a day at
work means an endless coffee klatch. They wander the halls searching for
somebody, ostensibly to discuss business but really just to chat. Don't let
these time leeches hobble your success. Just say no. If necessary, get
rude.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="line-height: 150%; margin: 8.25pt 0in 0pt;">
<strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;">7. Reward your body
with high-quality fuel.</span></strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;"><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="line-height: 150%; margin: 8.25pt 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;">What you eat determines your
energy level, and your energy level determines how much you can get
accomplished. Sugary treats provide a quick energy boost but then create an even
deeper dip. Heavy foods take energy to digest, leaving you with less to
use.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="line-height: 150%; margin: 8.25pt 0in 0pt;">
<strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;">8. Take a
five-minute walking break every hour.</span></strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;"><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="line-height: 150%; margin: 8.25pt 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;">The human body is not
designed to sit for hours at a stretch. Attempting to do so inevitably creates
aches and pains that leech your energy as your body tries to compensate and heal
them. So get up and move! Use a timer if you have
to.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="line-height: 150%; margin: 8.25pt 0in 0pt;">
<strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;">9. Make your
decisions more quickly.</span></strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;"><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="line-height: 150%; margin: 8.25pt 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;">Most people waste an
extraordinary amount of time obsessing about (and second-guessing) their
